We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all original components and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To request a return, contact us at sales@ferzsupply.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping and restocking fees
Ferz Supply does not charge a restocking fee. If the return is caused by an error attributable to Ferz Supply—such as an incorrect item, a defective item, or an item damaged before delivery—Ferz Supply will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is caused by a customer error—including ordering the wrong product, size, color, specification, quantity, or changing their mind—the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error attributable to Ferz Supply.
Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact sales@ferzsupply.com promptly if an item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including custom or special-order products, opened or used consumable materials, hazardous materials, clearance or final-sale items, and gift cards. Contact us before returning any product if you have questions about eligibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement is to request authorization for the return and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without justification, subject to applicable law. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing time by banks and card issuers may vary. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact sales@ferzsupply.com.
