Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination, products, package weight, and available carrier services. Any free-shipping offer applies only when it is explicitly shown at checkout and its stated conditions are met.
International shipping
International orders are not eligible for free shipping unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. Customers must pay the international shipping rate presented at checkout. The rate may be calculated by the available carrier according to the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected service.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless Shopify checkout expressly shows that these charges were collected in advance. These charges are separate from the shipping fee paid to Ferz Supply.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed as promptly as possible. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Ferz Supply’s control may occur.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer. If an address or fulfillment error is attributable to Ferz Supply, Ferz Supply will cover the reasonable cost required to correct it.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments
Inspect your shipment upon receipt and contact sales@ferzsupply.com promptly if the package or product is damaged, missing, or incorrect. Include the order number and photographs when applicable.
